Open the Pack: Pull the lifting up pack open at the dotted line (do not fully open the lid).
Prepare the Capsule: Open the lid of the lifting up capsule.
Combine: Pour all the contents of the lifting up capsule into the lifting up pack container.
Mix: Close the lid of the lifting up pack and hold the opening firmly. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. (When fully mixed, the contents will change to a gel-like consistency. Insufficient mixing may reduce effectiveness.)
Apply: Fully open the lid of the pack and use a brush to evenly apply the mixture over your face, avoiding the eye area.
Experience Sensation: After application, you may feel a strong tightening sensation, and there may be color changes in certain areas (this indicates the detoxification process). The degree of tightness may vary based on individual skin condition.
Rinse: After 15-20 minutes, rinse your face with warm water. (Though individual experiences may vary, some users, including myself, have left it on for up to 30 minutes.)
